Corgin Donates Gear Oil to 1943 Tractor Restoration Project

A group of volunteers have recently restored a World War II Fordson Standard Tractor owned by the Acton Scott Historic Farm Museum.

During final stages of restoration and testing, the tractor was viewed with interest by Corgin's Technical Manager, Colin Hutchins.  The restoration team explained that they were trying to source the correct grade of gear oil to help overcome issues with gear change. Knowing that Corgin carry stock of gear oil for use in heavy equipment drive gearboxes, Colin kindly offered to donate 20 litres of VG220 gear oil to keep the project, and the Fordson Tractor, moving!
