In June, the Corgin revenue team held their first-ever Max Q Week - a high-energy initiative designed to boost team morale and drive performance across the business. Far from being just a sales push, Max Q Week sparked teamwork and collaboration with results that exceeded all expectations.
What is Max Q Week?
Inspired by the aerospace term “Max Q” - the point of maximum dynamic pressure during a rocket launch - Corgin’s Max Q Week was all about pushing boundaries and reaching new heights together. The week kicked off with an off-site strategy day, where the entire team came together to align on goals, learn the rules of the challenge, and get fired up for the days ahead.
