    Strengthening our customer support as we grow: introducing our updated Sales Team roles

    As Corgin continues to grow year on year, we are investing in the people and structure that help us deliver the service our customers rely on. Our latest Sales Team restructure is designed to sharpen sector focus, improve responsiveness, and give customers clearer points of contact, especially as operational pressures and compliance demands continue to rise across the sectors we serve. 

    While job titles have changed, the purpose is simple: make it easier to do business with us, and ensure every customer gets the right support at the right time.

    What this means for our customers

    More dedicated support for existing customers

    By introducing a dedicated Account Manager for Wastewater, our existing customers benefit from a clear day to day point of contact who can focus on continuity, service, and proactive account support.

    Clearer sector expertise and faster decision making

    Sector Leads strengthen our ability to provide informed guidance within each market, helping customers get quicker answers, more relevant recommendations, and smoother coordination across hire, sales, servicing and support.
