What's one thing about your job at Corgin that motivates you?

It’s a close-knit team with high standards, and we all pull together to deliver for the customer. That environment is genuinely motivating.

What's a book/methodology/piece of advice that has influenced your approach to work?

As a general approach to work and efficiency, I like the Kaizen principle: small, consistent upgrades. Small improvements in efficiency or performance every week, compound into big results.

What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?

Morning check-ins - It's nice to be kept updated on the key tasks happening across the various departments.
