Corgin is entering an exciting new chapter as Managing Director Bruce Bricknell moves into a new role as Innovation Director.

The transition will enable Bruce to step back from the day-to-day management of Corgin and dedicate more of his time to product development and innovation. It places his experience, technical insight and passion for solving client challenges at the heart of Corgin’s plans for continued growth.

Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business will be taken forward by Corgin’s existing senior leadership team: Wyatt Gates, Sales and Marketing Director; Bradley Gilliland, Business Operations Director; and Helen Charles, Finance Director.

Together, Wyatt, Bradley and Helen will take greater ownership of Corgin’s management and strategic direction, providing strong leadership across its commercial, operational and financial activities.

    A renewed focus on innovation

Innovation has played an important role in Corgin’s development since the business was founded.

During Corgin’s early years, Bruce worked closely with clients to understand their environmental and operational challenges. His practical and collaborative approach helped turn these challenges into effective solutions, laying the foundations for many of the products, services and relationships that continue to support Corgin today.

This ability to listen, explore new ideas and find a better way has remained central to Corgin’s approach. It has helped the business respond to complex wastewater, dust and odour challenges with solutions designed around the real needs of clients and their sites.

As Innovation Director, Bruce will once again be able to devote more of his attention to this work. He will focus on identifying emerging client needs, developing new products and improving existing solutions to help organisations protect clean water and clean air.

“Developing practical solutions to real environmental challenges has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my work at Corgin. Our best innovations have come from listening carefully to our clients, understanding the problems they face and working alongside them to find a better way.

“Moving into the Innovation Director role gives me the opportunity to dedicate more time and energy to that work. I have every confidence in Wyatt, Bradley and Helen as they take greater ownership of the day-to-day management of Corgin, and I am excited to support them as we begin this next chapter.

“There are many opportunities ahead of us, and I look forward to helping develop the next generation of solutions that give our clients peace of mind when protecting clean water and clean air.”

    Building on strong foundations

The transition reflects the strength and development of Corgin’s senior leadership team. Wyatt, Bradley and Helen already hold key responsibilities across the business and bring extensive knowledge of Corgin, its clients and the markets it serves.

Their increased management responsibility will provide clear leadership across the business while allowing Bruce’s particular strengths and experience to be applied where they can create the greatest long-term value.

    The next chapter for Corgin

Corgin’s mission remains unchanged: giving peace of mind to those who care about clean water and clean air.

As environmental expectations, regulatory pressures and operational challenges continue to evolve, Corgin remains committed to providing practical, dependable and responsive support. The new leadership structure strengthens that commitment by combining greater ownership within the senior leadership team with a renewed and dedicated focus on innovation.

It marks a positive next step for Corgin, building on the experience and values that have brought the business this far while creating the leadership capacity and innovative focus needed to support its continued growth.
