When did you join Corgin?

What's one thing about your job at Corgin that motivates you?

The thing that motivates me is the opportunity to be an active part in the success of the company.

What's a book/methodology/piece of advice that has influenced your approach to work?

Something that stuck with me from a book I listened too was the following statement which related to a task that went wrong due to a lack of planning - "How you do anything; is how you do everything!" which I think aligns to Henry Ford's description of quality. "Quality is doing it right even when no one is looking".

What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?

The strategy day at the beginning of the year which closes out the previous year, celebrates the wins and clearly sets out the plan and expectations for the coming year, along with some team building activities.

Which company value resonates with you the most, and why?

I feel that all of the company values are relevant to both how a business should operate and also as a template for life generally especially the "Permission to play" values of Respect, Integrity and Accountability.

What would be your dream job?

As for a dream job, they say that if you enjoy what you do it is not really a work, so with that in mind is there such a thing as a dream job? However, in the spirit of the question, my ideal would be either a blacksmith or a classic / military vehicle restorer.
