What's one thing about your job at Corgin that motivates you?

Having the opportunity to be instrumental in improving and expanding the product range, ultimately giving a better service to Corgin customers.

What's a book/methodology/piece of advice that has influenced your approach to work?

A quote from triple F1 world champion Jackie Stewart, ‘if you never crash, you’re not driving fast enough’. It’s good to work within your comfort zone, but new developments and innovations come from pushing the boundaries, be brave enough to occasionally fail.

What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?

I like nominating team members for any action or work they have done that deserves merit; good work deserves praise!

Which company value resonates with you the most, and why?

All of them are great, but if I had to pick one, it would be ‘being great to work with’. This applies to the whole Corgin team, when you feel part of a team and enjoy your job, success becomes natural.
