When did you join Corgin?

August 2026.

What's one thing about your job at Corgin that motivates you?

Turning ideas into something real. I enjoy taking an initial concept, working through the challenges with the team, and ultimately developing a solution that can make a genuine difference for our customers.

What's a book/methodology/piece of advice that has influenced your approach to work?

Kaizen, the Japanese idea of continuous improvement, has influenced me. I also like the concept of Poka-yoke, or error-proofing — designing things in a way that prevents mistakes before they happen. I think both are especially useful in innovation, as they encourage us to keep improving while making sure we’re solving real problems and creating reliable solutions for customers.

What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?

Celebrating success as a team. I believe success should be recognised and shared with the wider team, as it acknowledges everyone’s hard work and creates a stronger sense of togetherness.

Which company value resonates with you the most, and why?

Respect resonates with me the most. I think it’s important to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and comfortable sharing their ideas and opinions. Regardless of our religion, beliefs, or background, we should respect each other and appreciate different perspectives. I believe mutual respect leads to better teamwork and stronger relationships.

What would be your dream job?

I’m actually quite close to it now. My dream would be to become an entrepreneur, developing new ideas, solving difficult problems, and bringing together different people and expertise to turn those ideas into successful products that have a real-world impact.
