What's one thing about your job at Corgin that motivates you?

The Team! We all play our part, and you can sense the shared commitment to supporting those who value clean air and water. It’s inspiring. I’m grateful to be part of such a positive, caring team - not only in Sales but throughout the Corgin family. The Corgin energy is real, and it makes every day exciting.

What's a book/methodology/piece of advice that has influenced your approach to work?

Positivity is Contagious. Surround yourself with A-Team Players who have bold ideas and bright attitudes. (My High School Form Tutor)

What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?

Every win is a shared and celebrated as a team. Together, we achieve more.

Which company value resonates with you the most, and why?

I believe in going above and beyond to make others feel valued and appreciated. My grandmother always said, ‘One smile turns into 10!,’ and that philosophy inspires me to consistently exceed expectations. Even the smallest gesture can create a profound impact, what feels minor to us might make a lasting difference for someone else.

What would be your dream job?

I love driving impactful projects that bring people together to safeguard our planet and strengthen communities for future generations.
