What's one thing about your job at Corgin that motivates you?

I have the pleasure of working with a talented and collaborative team. The positive environment here at Corgin makes it a great place to be, and I learn something new from my colleagues every day.

What's a book/methodology/piece of advice that has influenced your approach to work?

The 5 disfunctions of a team by Patrick Lencioni. Whilst the concept may seem obvious, teamwork is often the difference between success and failure.

What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?

The weekly GBS meetings have quickly become my favourite event. It is great to see all the team take accountability of the numbers which in turn drives a high-performance culture. It is also a chance to hear and celebrate the achievements of both individuals and the team, no matter how big or small.

Which company value resonates with you the most, and why?

That’s a difficult one as they all do. If I had to pick just one, then it would be ‘Being great to work with’. Corgin epitomises teamwork.

What would be your dream job?

I already have it! I always say if I could go back and re-train, I wouldn't change what I do.
