What's one thing about your job at Corgin that motivates you?

Being able to contribute within a great team helping towards its continued growth.

What's a book/methodology/piece of advice that has influenced your approach to work?

The Way Things Work – David Macaulay, this book was my go-to in childhood and late teens, it taught me such a lot about the way things work and all from the perspective of a carton mammoth. A Methodology is to always be kind, its simple and has always been a core value for me.

Which company value resonates with you the most, and why?

I think that the overall ethos (Permission-to-play) and the (Core Values) of Corgin is something all companies should aspire too, treating people as equals with respect and integrity I have found to be very refreshing and how I have always aimed to treat others in both personal and work life.

What would be your dream job?

If it’s something you enjoy you most likely won’t think of it as work and time will fly, that being said if we lived in a time (and it was possible) with Star Trek technology, ethos, and values, I would be on a Star Ship exploring.
