MistCannon Integrals are the ultimate tool for large-scale, self-contained dust suppression. By means of a powerful turbo-fan, they project a plume of finely-atomised water droplets into the air to suppress dust effectively over wide areas, before it disperses into the environment.

Big Throw

MistCannon Integrals can propel mist up to 80 linear metres and can swivel almost full circle, meaning maximum ground coverage can be up to 20,000m² from a single location. They should not be confused with the more traditional rotary atomisers which are commonly used for localised odour and dust suppression—MistCannons play in a different league altogether!

Mobile

MistCannon Integrals are built on a robust, twin-axle trailer chassis which supports a 5,000-litre water bowser and a generator, meaning that they’re completely self-contained. If you have power and/or water supplies readily at hand, you may find that a standard MistCannon or a MistCannon Rover is a more cost-effective solution.

Tough

Made in Scandinavia and boasting characteristically superior build quality and robustness, MistCannons can cope with the harshest conditions: whether that be aggressive industrial environments or extreme winter weather, MistCannons will weather the storm!

Green

While placing an emphasis on performance and durability, MistCannons are also designed with the environment in mind, having features such as a two-stage water-saving function and an optional built-in silencer. The filtration system also allows the unit to utilise recycled water.

Remote Control

With Health & Safety Regulations tightening up, we can now offer a remote-control handset option, meaning that each MistCannon can be controlled from a safe distance, such as from inside a vehicle cab, office or control room.

Wide Range of Uses

MistCannons can handle all manner of dust types, from coarse wood chip to ultra-fine incinerator ash. They can also be modified to spray Corgin odour neutralisers for large scale suppression of nuisance odours, and for large-scale spraying and misting of disinfectants for surface sanitising.

Worldwide

Although our prime target market is the UK & Ireland, we have exported MistCannons to regions as diverse as continental Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Far East. This says a lot about the modularity, reliability and popularity of this product.

Hire Fleet

Corgin have a large hire fleet for both long and short term hire, invaluable for temporary dust suppression or emergency needs. Optional extras may vary on different hire units, although features such as remote control and automated oscillation are present on most.

A-type MistCannons have a number of new and improved design features, as well as better efficiency and lower water output. We still have many D-type MistCannons on our hire fleet, although all new additions to the fleet will now be A-types. All new MistCannon purchases will be A-types.
