Although we all enjoyed the recent hot and dry spell of weather, this often poses a challenge to wastewater treatment works. Corgin had urgent calls from several remote treatment works in Scotland who were struggling to maintain consent levels due to lack of aeration. The Corgin team saved the day with their fleet of ready-to-go floating rental aerators, which were scrambled into action at the sites. The additional aeration provided by Corgin’s equipment ensured that the wastewater treatment process was maintained in balance, and allowed the sites to stay environmentally compliant.
